SCRT stands for Student of Concern Report Form.
This is the report you submit if you are concerned about the physical, mental, spiritual, or academic health of a student. The college will see this report, reach out to the individual and try to connect them with resources that may help them. This for is not meant for “getting people in trouble”.
This form is reviewed by CPS, the Director of Community Standards, the Dean of Students, the Director of Counseling, the Director and Assistant Direct of Housing and Residential Life, the Student Resource Office Coordinator, and the AC that oversees the area listed in the report.
This is the report you submit when college policy has been broken. Whether that be a housing violation or a code of conduct violation.
This form is for incidents that are of a sexual nature. This form is reviewed by members of the College’s Title IX Team, including: the Title IX Coordinator, members of Student Affairs, the People Center, Campus Public Safety, and Champlain College Online.
This for is for incidents which include biases based on gender, sexual identity, race, religion, political standing, age, ethnicity, or disability.
