The SGA will revise its process for accepting and voting on grants. The process for grants will be as follows for this Spring semester:
From Week One of classes to Week Six of classes, the SGA will accept grants from students. After Week Six of classes, the SGA Grant form will close and grants submitted will be discussed and voted on.
Grant applications are currently closed.
The House of Representatives determines how the requested grant funds are distributed. Grants can be approved in full or partially, can be denied outright, or can be tabled – meaning the House will request more information than discuss the grant again at the next grant meeting. Grant approvals are discussed every week after submissions close in order of submission at the House of Representatives Meeting on Wednesdays at 3:00 – 4:15 PM in CCM 424.
To apply for grant funding, please refer to the link below and fill out the form as thoroughly as possible. The SGA Vice President will be notified when your form has been submitted, and you will be informed of when the House of Representatives will be discussing it.
